Band Expectations

Above all, a BACS Bronco Band member should exhibit the highest standards of character, honesty, and integrity in everything that he/she does. Every Bronco Band member is expected to follow the guidelines outlined in the BACS Student Handbook.

In addition to classroom guidelines, the following Band Hall guidelines apply:

  1. Band Members ONLY are allowed to be in the Band Hall before or after school.

  2. Refrain from food, drink, gum or candy in the Band Hall unless approved by a director.

  3. Be nice! Don't do anything that might make anyone else angry with you.  Respect the property and space of other people. Have a good attitude.  Students who possess an "eager to learn" attitude will go far in music.

  4. Do not touch or play instruments that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to use.  Only percussionists have permission to touch the percussion equipment at any time.

  5. Treat your instrument with great care and respect.
